Our ambition is to give leaders the opportunities to shift their thinking on leadership so they can fundamentally transform their communities for the better.

Today local leadership is about creating a sense of place that derives from communities' identity and aspirations – and that pride of place is essential for increasing the social well-being of our communities.

Our interest is not in leadership development for its own sake but in creating the change that results in better lives for citizens.
