We’ve created a database of about 100 of the top suppliers of leadership development and their services in the country.
We aim to:
- Improve the quality of leadership development to which local government has access
- Make it easier for authorities to find and engage the right suppliers
- Help suppliers develop new and innovative leadership products to meet the changing needs of local government
- Reduce the cost of leadership development for authorities
We are happy to offer contact details of referees for the suppliers listed in the database - not just the leadership partners.
The database also includes case studies from other organisations that have used these suppliers.
It also includes a searchable facility for authorities to find leadership development services close to them.
Following a rigorous selection process involving 150 organisations, we have short-listed eight that have a track-record of delivering high-quality work with an in-depth understanding of the sector and its needs that we are happy to recommend.
