Next Generation Conservatives

Since its launch in 2006 Next Generation Conservatives has proved to be the only national programme especially tailored for the needs of Conservative councillors.

The programme concentrates on providing participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for them to become leading Conservative councillors, benefiting their wider communities. Throughout the year learning days are held at regular intervals and participants will have the opportunity to meet key Conservative politicians in local government, from Westminster, the Local Government Association and Local Government Improvement and Development as well as important Conservative group leaders.

The programme is funded by Local Government Leadership so excluding travel expenses, there is no cost to participants.
