Collaboration in Coventry
Total Place is a huge opportunity for public services across the sub-region of Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire to better understand where they can make an impact by working collectively. It is my expectation that by doing this we’ll be able to drive out significant waste and duplication. At the same time, it will enable us to develop solutions to issues that are common to us all, in ways that make sense locally rather than imposing models from the centre.
